The audience listened in rapt attention

I’m grateful to share a review of our concert at the Edinburgh Jazz & Blues Festival 2025, published by UK Jazz News.

Together with Alan Wykpisz (double bass) and Grzegorz Pałka (drums), we began almost inaudibly – and, as the reviewer noted, the audience quickly leaned in. The music unfolded from meditative, minimalist textures into energetic climaxes with an almost funky swing.

The review highlights the trio’s rapport, the wide emotional range of the performance, and its sonic explorations – from playing inside the piano to treating the double bass as a percussion instrument.
